| NAB Show takes place 13-17 April 2024. We understand the importance of planning for travel as early as possible and want to provide support for our international visitors. A visa is typically required for many international travelers to enter the United States, and lengthy wait times are anticipated for the year ahead. To start your visa application process, submit your information through the form linked below, and we will email you a personalized Letter of Invitation.
By submitting your information, you are securing a preliminary event registration to aid your travel planning for the 2024 NAB Show.

| NAB Show will welcome the global content community to Las Vegas. We’ll continue to monitor the international transportation landscape related to visa resources, travel tips as well as finding, joining or bringing a delegation.
Here are some suggested steps to follow when applying for a visa that may help improve the chance of your application being approved:

Save the official NAB Show Letter of Invitation that was delivered to your email inbox after you registered for the show.

Fill out and submit the visa application. Include a color printout of your NAB Show Letter of Invitation and any printed or event materials you have received from NAB Show to prove the event is legitimate.

Make an appointment at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate within your country as early as possible.
